Print Recipe
In this recipe, I use cooked shrimp with all the shells removed. And also deveined. Youย can buy shrimp this way. But don’t forget to remove the little tail section.
The shrimp are then tossed in a cocktail sauce made of mayonnaise. To that is added Thai sweet chili sauce. Which is like sweet and sour, only hotter. Also, to add even more heat, sambal oelek chili paste is added. This chili paste is a fresh grind sold in jars. It is a lot like sriracha. Except that sriracha is mildly ferment. However, you can use either.
