Copycat Cracker Barrel Wildberry Iced Tea is my recipe of the day. This recipe is something I have seen served at my local Cracker Barrel. And while usually I try to make drinks which can translate to sugar-free if needed, this one is made with a sugar-infused fresh berry syrup.

To make this delicious syrup for iced tea, I have combined fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries and fresh strawberries. These are cooked in water, blitzed, strained. And mixed with enough sugar to make a thick syrup.
While I adore this in tea, I also enjoy it in hot tea (especially jasmine green tea) and as a stir-in for plain seltzer. It is even versatile enough to use on pancakes or ice cream.
