To start things off this year, I am sharing my recipe for Mandarin Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Which are a personal favorite of mines since I like the dried orange bits so much.
You can find the dried oranges in places that have a variety of dried fruits available. Such as Trader Joe’s. They have a chewy texture similar to raisins.
The white chocolate chips pair perfectly, offering a wintry citrus flavor component to this cookie jar favorite.
