Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
Equipment
- Air Fryer or Convection Oven
Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn husks removed
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grill seasoning or seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- Remove husks, silks and stems from corn.
- Cut to fit air fryer basket if necessary.
- Mix butter with oil and brush corn.
- Sprinkle with grill seasoning and sugar.
- Place corn in air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to 370F, without preheating, and cook for 15-25 minutes until tender (check with fork). Cook times will depend a lot on whether the corn is early season, or later, which takes longer. Along with your own doneness preference.
