Spiral Sliced Honey Baked Ham is my recipe of the day. The holidays are here again and I am enjoying grabbing up a nicely priced ham (I scored mine at Aldi on sale).
I had come across some powdered honey on Amazon and thought I would try it out as a glaze powder along with granulated sugar. It coats the ham nicely adding a light sweet flavor.
With only five ingredients added to the ham, it is quite simple. I didn’t add any spices this time as to keep things clean with pure honey ham flavor.
However, that being said, you could always serve a ham gravy or raisin sauce on the side.
