For my recipe today I made an easy cobbler using readily available ingredients. Namely, a can of peach pie filling and a roll of ready-to-bake cinnamon rolls. You know, the type usually found in the refrigerated case near the dairy products.

Because not everything needs to be made from scratch. Sometimes it’s nice to simply grab a few prepared ingredients and put them together. In this case the result was a tasty cobber with minimal effort.

This avoided the issue I have had in the past trying to top things with these types of rolls. That is, doughy, uncooked bottoms. I cut the rolls into pieces and mixed with the pie filling before baking. And they turned out beautifully.

So if you’re pressed for time or just looking to keep dessert simple, give this recipe a try. And let me know how you and your family like it in the comments. Enjoy!
