Smoked Turkey Chili is my recipe of the day for the blogging event “2021 Chili  Cook-Off”.

I had some turkey left after smoking  a whole turkey  since we had not eaten the whole thing. It’s  just the two of us here.

So I took what I had of that,  removed the bones and skins and chopped it up to make a chili. I didn’t want a white chili, nor did I want beans so did  it with red  sauce and meat.

I have a recipe for the smoked turkey you  can use to prepare this or perhaps you have some you purchased  or made with another recipe.

You could serve this with crackers,  with cheese on top,   with  pasta as a chili mac or even on  top of hot dogs or  thickened up and  put  in  a burrito. There are lots of ways to enjoy.

The smoky  flavor from  the turkey sets it over  the top in my book  so this is one  I will prepare often. I hope you enjoy it  as well.
