I decided to share my recipe for chai tea oats done in the overnight method. It basically infuses some of the milk with the tea flavors which is mostly cinnamon.

I enjoy making overnight oats because I can do it ahead and keep it in the fridge for a few days if needed. It is nice to keep around in case you are late in the mornings. And if you change your mind you can pivot to something else. Then come back for it the day after that.
