Maple Sugar Cookies

Maple Sugar Cookies are my first selection for Christmas Cookies Week. I knew I wanted to do these when I scored several jars of maple sugar off flash foods for half off. Usually those jars are a bit pricy!

Even so, I didn’t want to put in too much as others might be paying full price. So I also added some pure maple syrup to enhance that yummy flavor.

So in many ways these maple cookies are a riff off my Sugar Sprinkle Cookies. Those are so easy and so good. And these are even better!

  1. I don’t think I’ve ever seen maple sugar, but then I don’t think I have ever looked for it. That is going to change now. I’m sure if you have it in Ohio, I will find it here in Michigan. Merry Christmas Sue!!
