For my offering, I am sharing a steakhouse version of beef tips with mushrooms, onions and gravy. This seemed to be very popular in the 70’s and 80’s and still is, as a homestyle dinner.

The beef used is top sirloin filet. This cooks up nice and tender. And the onions and mushrooms become slightly caramelized at the edges. All-in-all it’s a delicious and satisfying dish.
