For my selection I am offering a recipe I often make during the week. It’s a simple recipe for two that uses economical chicken drumsticks. Although you can easily substitute other chicken pieces or even a whole chicken provided you cook it out to 165 since pieces bigger than drumsticks will take a bit longer.
I love to serve this type of supper with something like Cortana potatoes and possibly a tossed salad or maybe some roasted asparagus. But it’s always best to just cook with what you have on hand.

Love the flavor profile in the seasoning mix.
My youngest is an absolute leg fiend whether it be chicken or turkey at the fair. She would love these! We might try to make it air fryer friendly since that is an easy appliance for her to use. Yum yum!
We’ve been eating a lot more chicken lately, so I can’t wait to try out this seasoning! It sounds perfect…and I always have all of the ingredients on hand!!!
I love fixing chicken legs. You can’t go wrong and they are usually pretty moist. Adding powdered buillion sounds so interesting. It makes them even more chicken-y, lol!
Look at those little lovelies all lined up! Love this one because I have everything I need to make it in my pantry.
The color of your chicken legs is so inviting, Sue! Great spice mix!
Sue thanks for this recipe. I am a vegetarian so not good at preparing meat dishes. Hubby doesn’t like the bland ready make roasted chicken we get. This is a recipe I can easily follow and make for him. Also can add spices according to his preference. Thanks for sharing an easy peasy chicken recipe.
