Garlic Horseradish Crusted Steak is my recipe of the day. With this easy to assemble crust, you can add a layer of flavor to the top of your favorite steak while grilling.

The idea comes from a steak crust Rise posted at Recipezaar back in the day. I really loved the idea and the flavor. But unfortunately, most all the crust fell off while trying to grill. I’ve returned to it this year, using much of the same flavors while adding in Parmesan. And then using a technique from the Weber grill website to paste it on top of a seared steak and letting it set up while it finishes grilling.
The result? While not “crispy” in the sense of a fried crust (like what you might have on fried chicken), it is saucy but thick and loaded with flavor.

Wow, what a delicious recipe and was so easy to make. We had all the ingredients at home and the steaks came out perfect! Saving to make the recipe again.
The steaks were so yummy with the horseradish and garlic crust. We LOVE our steak night, and I was a bit concerned that the crust would overpower the steak’s flavor. However, it enhanced the meat’s flavor, and Hubby said he always wanted his steak this way.
This is such a delicious dish! I love the combo of flavors used. Horseradish & garlic are my favorite and to add it to steak was just divine!!
