Summer and it’s glorious bounty of fresh fruit may be over with the change in seasons, but there are still many great fruits out there during Autumn that can make delicious desserts. Two of these are blackberries and pears, which combine easily with a few simple ingredients to make a warm, comforting dessert. Topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it is divine.

looks very delicious!
This looks so delicious and so simple to make. I like the ideas of pears with blackberries, they are the perfect foil for each other. Many thanks for joining us for The Great British Blackberry Recipe Round Up.
Excellent crisp! The pear and blackberry combo is lovely, and the color the blackberries impart is beautiful, especially against vanilla ice cream. Thanks for sharing! CQ2
Delicious!! I topped the crumble with some additional fresh berries before eating, so good. And I used gluten free flour and oats. Thanks for sharing this treat!
