Pink Peppercorn Cookies

Today I am sharing a recipe for a deliciously buttery sugar cookie. It is flavored with crushed pink peppercorns from Selefina.

Rather than being peppery hot as you might wonder, they have a mild bite similar to the peppery flavor of a gingersnap.

Except the flavor is pure buttery sugar cookie.
