Instant Pot Ham Stock

Mine will be slightly different in that it deals with the aftermath of dinner.

In this case, many  of  you will be staring at, wondering what to do with. The flavorful ham bone.

The instant pot makes quick work of  extracting the good flavor from the  bone. And an hour later you have two nice quarts of ham stock. Which you can  use right away. Or freeze for use further down the road.

You know, if  you don’t want the pressure of  simmering the bone with beans that day. And just want to save cooking bean soup for later.
