This is another really easy Christmas cooky for me to share, and they taste really great!
The cherries pulse down into a paste, so they easily incorporate into the dough. And the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans are very traditional. They require no dough chilling, rolling or cookie press being a drop cookie.
You’ll have everything tidied up in about an hour.

The addition of cherries make these cookies very festive.
I love the idea of pulsing the cherries down so that every little bit of each cookie has cherry in it. Can’t wait to try that trick!
Less of a trick as I only meant to chop them but I accidentally pulsed too much. ๐คช๐ Happy mistakes! Nice pink tone too. Very festive! ๐งโ๐
