Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Cookies
Equipment
- 1 cookie sheet
- parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso
- 1 cup espresso flavored chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream together the soft butter with the sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla.
- Once mixed, gradually add the flour, baking soda, salt and instant espresso.
- Once the dough is smooth, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by a tablespoon cookie scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned around the edges.
- Cool five minutes on pans, then slide parchment onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
