Buffalo Chicken Sauce

I am sharing one of my recipes for Buffalo hot wing sauces that I like. This one is a  little different in that it uses cream and a few extra  ingredients. But it still has the core cayenne pepper sauce. I find the cream mitigates some harsh flavors and  offers a buttery taste while having less fat overall.

You can dip wings in this or toss and coat. It is also good added to other recipes in lieu of bottled sauces. Yu might even like it as a ketchup type dip for your fries. The  choices are all yours.
