Ring Noodle Tuna Salad

My offering is for the type of tuna noodle salad made in  Minnesota using canned tuna, ring pasta (think spaghettios) and canned peas. It is really quite homey, delicious, and perfect for a picnic or packing in lunches. It even makes a great side dish for a potluck or gameday meal.

So if you are looking for something you can both make ahead and have the whole crowd enjoy, look no further. You have arrived. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

And join us again in two weeks when we explore recipes fr the letter “S”. I am planning on sharing my succotash recipe. It’s yummy!

    • I used two 6-1/2 ounce cans. If you need to adjust slightly, feel free to add more or less to your own taste.
