For my recipe, I did a pumpkin Pie Smoothie with some yogurt, pumpkin, and all the favorite flavors of pumpkin pie. Such as maple syrup and Pumpkin Pie Spice (click for a recipe)
This easily makes enough for two. But it also keeps for a few days in the fridge if you only need one serving. That makes it a great make-ahead breakfast on the run if you want to grab and go.

I was going with a pumpkin pie smoothie too and then changed it up when I saw your title. Thanks for joining me Sue.
It’s the time of year for pumpkin! Mine got rid of that extra half can of puree.
