My offering is for whiskey glazed carrots easily done up in an air fryer or convection oven. They have a slight sweetness with depth of flavor offered by the whiskey. The result being they are both simple and delicious.

Whiskey Glazed Carrots
Equipment
- Air Fryer or Convection Oven
- 1 piece nonstick foil
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon Irish Whiskey
Instructions
- Place carrots in a bowl and stir with remaining ingredients.
- Place the piece of foil on a rack in the air fryer and cover with carrots.
- Air fry for 25 minutes at 400F.
- Stir before serving.
