My offering is for whiskey glazed carrots easily done up in an air fryer or convection oven. They have a slight sweetness with depth of flavor offered by the whiskey. The result being they are both simple and delicious.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer or Convection Oven
  • 1 piece nonstick foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Irish Whiskey

Instructions
 

  • Place carrots in a bowl and stir with remaining ingredients.
  • Place the piece of foil on a rack in the air fryer and cover with carrots.
  • Air fry for 25 minutes at 400F.
  • Stir before serving.

  1. We LOVE carrots! I don’t make them enough as a side dish, but that’s gonna change! I’m going to make these for dinner this holiday season. They look perfectly delicious!
