Mexican BBQ Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatillos husked, cored and quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 8 ounces taco sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 ounces barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thick.
- Brush onto smoked ribs or other barbecued meats of your choice.
