Roasted Garlic and Cheddar Burgers

We love garlic in the Palatable household! For my offering today I decided to use up a small tub of roasted garlic in some burgers. I mashed up the garlic cloves and mixed into the ground beef with seasonings, then grilled them. A slice of cheese melted on top for good measure.

We topped our garlicky burgers with a slice of red onion, pickle, and some steak sauce. And served them on toasted, buttered sesame seed buns. They were delicious!
