Amish Sweet Vinegar Slaw is my recipe of the day. It’s the perfect time of year for this with cabbages on sale. Plus many potlucks for Easter.

Being mayo-free it is very much a less risky option for sitting out on a buffet or serving table.
The flavors are really nice- I like that it is pretty much a dressed salad of cabbage, peppers and onion. It’s very fresh tasting. Perfect for Easter buffet or barbecues alike, this is an anytime of year favorite.
