Sweet and Tangy Cucumber Salad

I am sharing my recipe for a simple yet delicious cucumber salad.

I’ve long been a fan of cucumber salads, especially when the summer cookout season rolls around. They’re very simple to throw together, yet delicious and flavorful.

They’re also a great way to use some of the bounty of a homegrown cucumber crop. You know, once they come in you may feel overrun and be looking for ways to use them. Something to keep in mind as the garden season rolls from growing to harvest.

  1. My husband I were just discussing the fact that we don’t eat enough cucumber salads! We buy them and then leave them languishing in the vegetable drawer. I will definitely be making this with the current resident cucumber before he gets too soft.
