Spicy Red Curry Burger

My burger is a take-off of a classic Asian burger. It is flavored with curry paste. From there, the flavors are boosted in the toppings with a mayo mixed with Thai sweet chilli sauce. After that, the toppings include some things you might also find on a banh mi Vietnamese sandwich. It keeps it simple, crunchy, and delicious.

  1. We loved these burgers! Another Sue recipe making into my Best of 2023 recipe file. I fully expected my husband to not like these since he likes pretty plain burgers, but he kept saying how much he loved them and exclaiming how good they were. Success! They were easy to make, too. I LOVED that mayo/sweet chili sauce combo; which was also a good dipper for fries. Thanks!
