From time to time I do get over to the Panda Express, especially since a few more opened in my area. I have many favorite main dish stir-fries, but will always go for the chow mein noodles instead of the rice. I think it tastes really good.
It makes sense then, that I would make this at home when I do the main dish recipes at home as well. I also have the Orange Chicken posted if you’d like to give that a try.
And though the noodles here don’t have meat included, I think it would be awesome if you added something like shrimp or chicken. They generally serve this at the restaurant as an alternative to rice.

Made the Chow Mein today and it was very good. We like things spicy so we added red pepper flakes and some roasted peanuts. I have a photo but don’t see where I can share it.
