Cranberry Jalapeno Turkey Roll-Ups

By Sue Lau | Palatable Pastime

Welcome to #CranberryWeek! All week long I will be sharing my newest recipes for using that delicious autumn berry along with a group of blogging friends. I am sure we will have it  covered from A-Z!

My recipe for today is cranberry jalapeno turkey roll ups, which are easy to make pinwheels with a spicy  cranberry cheese spread, meat and a  bit of spinach.

I  like to make these  ahead of time  roll in  plastic wrap and keep in the fridge to have ready for packed lunches in the morning. They are easy to slice into bite sized chunks or eat whole, like  a pseudo-burrito wrap.

You  can make these  using deli sliced turkey, or turkey leftovers from  Thanksgiving, or even utilize another type of meat.

Besides  being good on the roll-ups, the cheese spread  is  also very good on crackers, as an appie.
