Pistachio and Marmalade Crusted Brie with Figs is my recipe of the day with Fall Flavors week. All this week we have been posting recipes using our favorite autumn flavors. There is also a giveaway so make sure you enter that at the bottom of the post.
The Weekly Schedule
Plum kuchen was my recipe for Monday. Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise was on Wednesday and today I am finishing up with Pistachio and marmalade Crusted Brie with Figs, a recipe which was inspired by one I saw Jacques Pepin make with brie cheese.
This is wonderfully fruity and also the nuts. It makes a perfect appetizer to serve with wine or as a quick food fix if you suddenly find yourself needing a nibble.
