Chili Cheese Sloppy Joes is my recipe of the day, which  I am  sharing because it  is something I like to eat  in the  autumn. When Halloween  comes rolling around,  I  often  have fond memories of years past with Trick or Treat fun on Beggar’s Night. And  some  family  favorites  for things to eat  that day have  often been sloppy joes, pizza, chili or burgers.

So this fun food combines two of those  favorites.

It’s always  fun  to  have  things kids like to eat that night. Plus the  warm  spicy  flavors will take the chill out  of  our bones after traipsing  through the neighborhood collecting treats.

I  am looking  forward to Halloween this year after no one  came by last year. I don’t  have kids to take out for the goods. But I do like  seeing them come to the door. And hopefully everything  will be  copacetic with the covid and all  that with vaccines going  around.
