This Hawaiian Cole Slaw is more inspired by Hawaiian flavors than what might be traditionally authentic. I sometimes make an inspired recipe while at others I lean toward authentic.
I love this with Hawaiian foods of course, but I think it goes well with any food typical for summer, a cookout or barbecue and even a holiday ham.

Tropical twist to a classic – what’s not to love!
This sounds so packed with flavors! I love the addition of ham (or SPAM) and teriyaki with the pineapple in cole slaw.
